I was born on the 11th of July 1974 in Hamburg. I have enjoyed exercise and sports for a long time now, so I had to make my passion my profession after i had finished my education as a management assistant in wholesale and foreign trade.
Trainer
In addition to being busy as a Triathlon Trainer (A License), fitness trainer and freelance personal coach in many gyms in Hamburg, I also attend to triathlon enthusiasts of every age from beginners up to Ironman athletes. On top of that I hold the position of second chairman for the Triathlonteam Hamburg where I’m responsible for every aspect regarding our different kinds of training.
Triathlete
I like to see myself as a triathlon enthusiast with a considerable amount of experience when it comes to triathlon competitions. It is that inner party of endorphins right before, during and after a competition that I like just as much as finishing and the pride in myself that follows.
